Caryn Nicol

Caryn joined National Care Advisors in 2013 and has been a registered nurse since 1996. Her career spans over multiple areas of nursing, including medical-surgical, cardiac care, neurology, rehabilitation, pediatric, and emergency care, working as both a staff nurse and a charge nurse. She transitioned to utilization review and lien analysis work before expanding into field case management, focusing on disability management and complex care case management. In addition, Caryn is an expert in litigation settlement consulting, assisting attorneys and their clients with Medicare Set Asides, benefits analyses, and future care cost projections.

Caryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, Certified Medicare-Set-Aside Consultant, Certified Case Manager, and a Certified Life Care Planner. She has three children, two at home, and one who is actively serving in the United States Navy.
