National Care Advisors has been certified as a Great Place To Work® on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ list for 2024. This is an especially incredible honor because it reflects our commitment to creating a supportive, collaborative and passionate environment for our team. We believe that empowering our staff and nurturing a positive workplace culture not only leads to happy, healthy employees, but ensures that we are able to provide the highest-quality services for our clients.

In the last year, Great Place To Work® surveyed companies employing 8.2 million people in the U.S. and received 1.3 million survey responses. Of those, over 185,000 responses were received from employees at companies who were eligible for the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care list, and the final list is based on their feedback. This is NCA’s second year in a row being named on this list. In 2023, NCA was #50 on the list, and this year, we are #20. We couldn’t be more proud of this accomplishment.

Our CEO, Ann Koerner, founded National Care Advisors in 2008 with a handful of nursing professionals who recognized the need for expert nurse consulting in the special needs and complex care space. Nearly 17 years later, NCA has grown to a thriving company of over 70 employees, each of whom brings their own unique qualities and skills our arsenal.
